One-off cleaning is thorough cleaning for customers who do not
need a cleaner on regular basis but just want one when the need
arises.
One-off cleaning includes the same duties and tasks as spring cleaning.
For a one-off or spring cleaning visit we require a 2 hour minimum per visit. For your guidance, we know from our experience that a complete top-to-toe Spring Clean of a fairly well-kept three bedroom house can take up to 10 hours; however, we will advise you of what can realistically be achieved in the hours you choose to book when we visit you at your home to discuss your needs.
One-Off Cleaning is a complete clean of your property from the top to the bottom; our fees are from £12 per hour per cleaner.
Our service starts with the cobwebs and finishes with thorough vacuum cleaning and mopping; in the time available we will endeavour to complete the following:
- Removing cobwebs throughout
- Cleaning insides of windows, window sills and window ledges
- Wipe down doors and skirting boards
- Dust and polish all surfaces
- Clean plugs, sockets and light switches
- Dust and polish all woodwork
- Clean under furniture where possible
- Clean the inside and outside of all kitchen cupboards and countertops.
- Clean the inside and outside of all kitchen appliances.
- Clean hobs - extractors - ovens
- Deep clean the bathrooms - Clean bath - tiles - shower cubicle - WC - basin and taps
- Thorough vacuum cleaning throughout
- Mop where necessary
